Umbraco Development in the UK and USA
##A little Vizioz history The Vizioz company name actually dates back to around 1995 while I was at University, I registered the domain name and created some simple business cards. However I was offered a full time position working for a fast growing start up and decided to put Vizioz on hold.
##Vizioz was founded in 2009 After working for various companies, in 2009 I decided it was time to start my own business and hence Vizioz was officially born.
##Our clients Over the past 9 years we have been very lucky to have worked with some excellent clients, building sites for global brands like Microsoft, Quintiles, Unilever ( various sites ) & PwC. Each client project has had it's own challenges which we have always over come with the help of the Umbraco platform and it's great community of developers.
##Umbraco Certified Partner When Umbraco first launched their Gold Partner program, we signed up as one of the first two Gold Partners in the UK and remained a Gold Partner for two years. I decided to step down as a Gold Partner as I started a second business and hence a lot of our time and effort was being directed into helping the second business grow, hence we really didn't have time to focus on getting value out of the Gold Partnership.
Umbraco has now launched their Certified Partner program and we felt that we still wanted to show our clients we are fully committed to using the Umbraco platform, hence it was an obvious step for us to sign up as Umbraco Certified Partners. Who knows what the future might hold, maybe we will join the Gold ranks again, so watch this space :)
##Vizioz in the USA In August of 2017 my family and I moved to Pennsylvania in the USA and after a lot of paperwork and waiting... I have finally been given permission to work in the USA, hence Vizioz LLC is now a registered business and looking for clients on this side of the Atlantic.
